Guides will lead the trek (leader). If the group is big than guide also need assistant called assistant guide the ratio is 5:1 according to the practice .Leader guide is called (Sirdar) and assistant guide is called(sherpa).Guides are responsible to tell you about the places,routes that you pass during trek  .They arrange accommodation and negotiate with tea houses and eateries for you.They alert you about the permit in check-post and many other rules  .
Porters carries your bags.They carry 2 backpacks(of two persons) 2:1.(about 25-35 kg ).They don't often speak English as there duty is just to carry your equipment.
We provide you the guides with government licence  and porters for trek ,tour and many more ...You can contact from any corner of Nepal
We even have the facility of Porter-guides too.They can speak the English working on their English  and have experience of porter but may not have a licence .They will carry your bags ...
