Well frankly saying as you know we are the group of freelancers guide so hiring a guide from us will be cheap and satisfactory as you are directly  contacting with the guides.There is no big commission we take from our guides .
You can hire your guide by interviewing yourself if you want .So we have different rate for different guides according to there specialty as hiring a guide specialty in forest ,vegetation is quite expensive comparing to the general guide   so according to your budget and interest you have they are paid in the of range $25-$50 per day for guide and according to the duration of trek and groups porters are paid $15-$25.
It includes there food and accommodation cost .
Tips are not compulsory but they expect tips :) !
Wage will be same for group trek so share will be less if you prefer group trek..
You need to join with local travel company to issue special permit as we are the groups of guide so we have the good relation with many agencies so we can help you to issue a permit and TIMS  card  registered in TAAN .You are just hiring us as your guide and we would request to travel with registered agencies because in case of emergency those company will be found responsible and useful.
So it is still not late so hire the guide for tour ,trekking ,cycling, and for many more adventures activities
